At SwitchKeys, we want to ensure your setup is perfect; if you are not satisfied with your hardware or accessories, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all mechanical keyboards and components are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer box, including all keycap pullers, cables, and additional switches that were included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Verification and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
